Paolo Peraro is a consultant and author of experiential formats aimed at communication and learning.
Graduated in International Business Management from Bocconi University in Milan with a thesis on the relationship between companies and virtual communities, he has accumulated more than ten years of experience assisting large companies in change management projects.

His activities range from classroom teaching to event creation, game design and creative direction for digital and nondigital campaigns.
The main themes of his courses are linked to business and innovation. His experience also includes academic projects with Bocconi University, SDA Bocconi, Turin Polytechnic, Milan Catholic University and LIUC.

He is the founder and partner of HOOK, an agency specializing in the design and creation of formats for communication and learning.
