Chiara Alessi (Verbania, 1981) is a curator and essayist in the field of design. She collaborates with the main magazines of the sector and with some newspapers. She is a contract professor at the Politecnico di Milano. She has published: “Dopo gli anni Zero”, ” Il nuovo design italiano (Edizioni Laterza, 2014)”,” Design senza designer saggio e inchiesta sui “altri” mestieri del design italiano (Edizioni Laterza, 2016)” and for Utet “Le caffettiere dei miei bisnonni”, “La fine delle icone nel design italiano” . She is in the group of curators of the 11th edition of the Triennale Design Museum in Milan, dedicated to the history of Italian design. She lives and works in Milan.
