The Ordine degli Architetti P.P.C. of the Provincia di Milano, together with its Foundation, has undertaken a training course on the issues of copyright in its various regulatory dimensions, contractual, ethical and practical implications in professional practice that many members are facing, also as a result of changes and developments in the field of design. This second event – organized during the Brera Design Days – is organized in collaboration with the Società Italiana Brevetti and the Brera Design District.
The seminar will deepen the tools for the protection of intellectual property available to architects for the protection of their work and assignments. The different tools will be illustrated: from registered design, to copyright, to cases in which innovation and forms resulting from inventiveness can be defended with patents or trademarks of form, to offer professionals a complete overview of the most effective protection tools and suitable for different forms of creativity. Concrete cases related to the field of interior design will be shared to offer concrete elements of reflection based on the experience of professionals and legal experts.
